How to make a return

We understand that there may be times when you want to return something you’ve bought and we are here to help you out.

Within 14 days of receiving your order, you need to send an email to our Customer Care team at customercare@allurist.com with your order number, mentioning the items you wish to return. After 14 days we will not accept any returns.

Return for a Refund

Allurist.com regrets that refunds are NOT possible at this time.


Return for an Exchange

After the returned items passed the quality control, the Store credit will be added and will show on your Allurist.com account. The return process will be a maximum of 10 working days from your initial request. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will refund you as promptly as possible for your Store credit. Please note that sometimes it may take up to 24 - 48 hours for the Store credit to appear in your Allurist.com account. You can use your Store credit to purchase the same item you’ve returned and selected the size that you want to have, or you can start all over again by buying something else on our website.

If the condition of your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you will be refunded the full value of your purchase into your Allurist.com account as Store credit.

You may return your products within 14 days from the date which you have received the order on, given that your products are returnable.

How much will returning items will cost me?

It’s free of charge for the first return only. Allurist.com will issue a free-of-charge return airway bill to you. Your replacement items will be shipped to you as a new order. If you would like to return for the second time, then you just need to send us the items back at your own cost, and we shall process the return to you.

Are any products non-returnable?

Due to health and hygiene concerns, some items are non-returnable even if they were not used:

  • Female/Male swimsuits / Swimming trunks
  • Underwear including bras
  • Lingerie and nightwear
  • Tangas and garters
  • Earrings and jewelry that may penetrate the skin.

Can I return used or altered items?

We are very sorry, but you cannot return used or altered items.

I did not use my items, but I lost their tags/labels, can I still return them?

Unfortunately, we will not accept return items without tag and labels.

I did not like my received items, what can I do?

No problem, you can return it immediately using our return and exchange facility. You may return your products within 14 days from the date which you have received the order on, given that your products are returnable.

We will issue a return airway bill, and we will send it on your Email address. Please note that the return airway bill is fully paid, and you should not be paying for anything. For further information, please contact us and we will assist you promptly.

You will get a Store credit into your Allurist.com account once we receive the items. You may use the Store credit on your account in 6 months to buy new items or a replacement item.

Kindly note that you need to return the items unused and with all labels and tags as received. If your return item has arrived in a box (like shoes or watches), then you need to return the original product package and box undamaged to claim your return.

If your returned items were not approved as they were used or not complying with the return policy, then we will ship them back to you at your own cost.

Can I return more than one item?

You can return multiple items in your order as long as the items are new and in their original condition with tags and labels.

Do I need to pay for the return shipping?

It’s free of charge for the first return only.

Can I return items that I did not pay for?

Sorry. If you received an item as a Gift or as a Prize, then it’s neither returnable nor exchangeable.

I have a Gift voucher can I cancel it and get a refund?

We will not be able to refund any amount related to that voucher. Enjoy buying something else on our website!

What is Allurist.com Store Credit?

Store Credit is the amount of money on your account that you may use to make purchases. There is 6 months expiry period, and you may apply it at the checkout page. Contact us if you have any issues.

I do not want an Exchange, I want to Return the product and buy new item

No problem. Use the Store Credit refunded amount to purchase any other item on our Allurist.com website.

How long would it take to get my Allurist.com Store Credit?

After you’re returned items passed the quality control, the credit will show up on your account immediately. The return process will be up to of 3 to 4 working days from the date on which we received the returned item.

Can I check that you have received my returned item(s)

Yes, you can. Track returns on your Allurist.com account. You can also contact us during Business hours 9:00 to 20:00 – UAE Standard time. Our customer care contact nr is: +971 50 4448939

How do I cancel my return request?

No need. If you did not return the item, nor requested our help to schedule with us, then your return request will expire in 14 days.

Would the courier company be able to delivery my replacement order and collect the items during the same delivery?

Sorry, but we don’t do that. After you’re returned items passed the quality control, the Store credit will be added on your Allurist.com account. You can place a new order for the same item, or if you wish to select a different item, it is your choice.

I have scheduled to return my order, but the courier company never showed up

Received order issues

I want to check my items before paying the Cash on Delivery amount. Can I do this?

Sorry, but the shipping companies will let you check only after you’ve paid. You may return any item to us (as per our return policy).

An item is missing from my order

Please contact us immediately after receiving your order, and we’ll fix this promptly. If you have paid already, we will ship it at our own cost, or refund it on your credit card. If your order was Cash on Delivery, then we will immediately ship the missing item to you.

I received an imperfect product

We are sorry, but that should not happen. Our products go through strict quality control checks before shipping. Please contact us immediately after receiving defective goods, and we will investigate this issue.
Take a couple of pictures to show the damage and leave tags and labels on the item. Keep the original packing and ship it back to us – we’ll pay.

The items I received are not identical to the ones in the pictures

Please inform us within a maximum of 24 hours of receiving your goods so we can correct the picture on our website. Kindly note that return and exchange policy applies.

I have received wrong items

Sorry about that. Please report this immediately, and we’ll ship the correct items to you without any delay. Use our return and exchange facility to return the item.

I received a wrong invoice

Please inform us, and we’ll sort it out immediately.

I ordered as Cash on Delivery and the courier company asked for a different amount

Please contact us immediately. We will amend it with the courier company and correct the amount.

My item got damaged after only one use

We are sorry about this. All our products are authentic and certified by their manufacturer. However, we do not offer extended warranties beyond the manufacturer’s warranty. Anyhow, tell us more about your unpleasant experience and we’ll address the case, but we do not return either exchange damaged items after you’ve used them.
