How to become a member?

To become an Allurist.com member, simply click on the My Account icon on the upper right hand corner of the screen and click on “create a new account”.

Complete the submission process by filling the membership form with accurate and up to date information for all required fields.

Can I change my password?

You can change your account information including your password once you have successfully completed your registration.

To change your password, click on your username that appears on the upper right hand side of the screen which will take you to your account information page

Once on this page, you can click on “Change My Password” to change your password.

I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset your password.  Click on “Login” on the top side of the screen and then click on the “Forgot my password” link on the login page.

How can I find the product I am looking for?

To find a product, you can select a category from the menu on the top of the Allurist online homepage and browse the products under the desired category.

Alternatively, you can click on the “Search” section on the upper right hand corner of the screen and enter the name or the code of the product you are looking for.

What about my data privacy?

We take data protection very seriously here at Allurist. Information you provide to us stored on secure servers. Any payment transactions carried out will be encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology. Your card details and passwords are not available to any of our employees. However, please do note that it is your responsibility to keep any app passwords or login codes issued to or chosen by you, confidential. We do share information with carefully selected third parties but we take care in doing so. For full details on how we handle data, please read our Privacy Policy.

How can I opt in/out of Allurist communications?

Manage your communication preference by going to your 'Account' page and then to the 'Newsletter Subscription' section. 


MY ORDER 

How can i place an order?

Here’s a simple guide to help you place an order on ALLURIST.COM:

  1. Browse through the products. Select the items you would like to buy and add them to your bag.
  2. After you add everything you need to the bag, click ‘View Bag” and then "Proceed to Checkout".
  3. Under New Customer, add your email and click “Proceed”.
  4. Fill your shipping information, then choose payment method.
  5. Click "Place Order Now".

How do i select a payment currency?

The currency will default to the currency of the region you are shopping in which you can change at the top left hand side of the homepage.

Are your products original?

All Allurist.com products are 100% original.  To ensure 100% authenticity, Allurist.com works directly with the brand owners or certified distributors.

Can i try items before i buy?

After you receive and pay for your order, you can try on any item in the comfort of your home. If it doesn’t fit, you can return the item and we will refund you within 14 days for you to buy something new.

Can I ask for a return or change after I receive the product?

You will be able to make a change within 14 days of your order with another Allurist.com product of equal or higher value.

What if an item does not fit me?

No problem. If any of the item(s) you received don’t fit you, you can return it back to us, and we will arrange for a refund to reorder the correct size. To learn how to return your ordered item(s), please read ‘’Return, Exchange & Refund’’

Do you have a physical shop?

ALLURIST.COM is a pure online shop. We don’t have any physical stores, but we will deliver your order directly to your door.

Am i able to place an order via telephone?

Yes, this option is currently available for cash on delivery orders - Simply call us with the details of the items you wish to order. Customer care is available between from 10am-10pm on our UAE number +971 50 4448939  or email customercare@allurist.com

How can i pay for my order?

We want to make your shopping experience as simple as possible so we offer lots of payment options, including:

• Cash on Delivery
• PayPal
• Bank transfer 

How can i cancel/modify my order?

If you want to cancel your order, please send our Customer Care team an email at customercare@allurist.com quoting your order number and request a cancellation.

Alternatively, you can also call us on +971 50 444 89 39  during our regular working hours (Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 am - 05:30 pm GMT+4).

Please note that if your order has already been processed and you want to cancel it, you will need to receive it first and then follow the return process.

How long would it take to deliver my order?

The time frame for delivery will be different depending on where you are located.

• UAE:                        3 to 4 working days*
• KSA:                        3 to 4 working days*
• Oman:                    3 to 5 working days*
• Bahrain:                3 to 5 working days*
• Kuwait:                 5 to 7 working days*
• Qatar:                    5 to 7 working days*
• Lebanon:              3 to 5 working days*
• Egypt:                    5 to 7 working days*


* Estimated Delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the products.
* If it’s a remote area, additional 2 to 4 working days.

Are there any items for which delivery might take longer

Delivery times for special items such as night dresses take 2-3 days longer than the standard delivery times.

Where goes Allurist ship to?

Allurist is exclusive to the UAE, KSA, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon and Egypt. We do not currently ship to anywhere else in the world.

My order has not yet been delivered

You can track the order from your account on Allurist.com. You will also receive an email once your order is dispatched. Our delivery team will try to reach you by phone and will send an SMS during the schedule of the delivery. For further questions, please contact us, and we will assist you immediately.

How do I schedule my delivery to a specific date and time?

How can I track my shipment?

Please contact us, and we will assist you immediately. Also, you can track the order from your account on Allurist.com. You will also receive an email once your order is dispatched and our delivery team will contact you by phone and will send an SMS during the schedule of the delivery.

The courier company never contacted me. What should I do?

Please contact us, and we will contact the courier company for you.

How do i change my delivery address or schedule delivery date?

Our customer care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address. Contact them from 09 am – 5 pm on our UAE number +971 50 4448939 or email customercare@allurist.com

If, however, you have received an email informing you that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country cannot be accepted.
